Overview of the Operator Portal


In this video, I explain how to navigate and use the Operator Portal. I show you how to review invoices, acknowledge information, and confirm correctness. 




Emailing the Payables Team 

Operators can action most invoices without help, however, there will be times where it will be necessary to reach out to the Payables team for assistance. This is because only Payables team members have the ability to update the Creditor, Invoice number, Invoice total, and Date fields. Payables Users can also ignore an invoice if it should not be processed. In each of those cases Operators should select the "Email Payables Team" button for further assistance. 




Updating Sell Side

Operators can now edit Sell-side details from within the BravoTran portal. They can update amounts and debtors by 

opening the full invoice details from the dashboard.
